Our mustard is traditionally processed, ground in a stone mill and then traditionally fermented, and is combined here with the wonderful aromas of wild garlic and wild blueberry. This is how the fruit of the forest presents itself with the delicate aroma of wild garlic. ...and wild blueberries should not be confused with cultivated blueberries. Simply fine for matching dishes, for dressing, on bread, and of course for grilling. Great with baked potatoes or a luxury burger at a BBQ.
