Founded in 1852 and now run by Vincent Heusch, the founder's great-great-grandson, Maison Georges Bruck is the last artisanal foie gras producer in Strasbourg.

Our secret to excellence:
A unique blend of twelve spices, jealously guarded since 1852 and passed down from father to son, which makes a Strasbourg foie gras a Bruck foie gras. Each product is handcrafted in our Strasbourg workshops, using time-honored artisanal methods.
