Gepp's Black Lava Salt

Our Hawaiian Black Lava Salt is a coarse black sea salt from the volcanic island of Hawaii. It is extracted from Pacific waters using traditional methods. Its decorative color and special flavor come from being enriched with volcanic ash (activated charcoal). It is best to add Black Lava Salt to the food just before serving.
