The mint goes particularly well with lamb, the fresh taste is a wonderful counterpart to strong Meat dishes. With lots of herbs such as parsley, chives and a little chili, the dip tastes refreshingly delicious. You can mix the spice mixture with yogurt for a light sauce or with quark for a creamy dip.
