GEPP'S PESTO PISTACCHIO & MINT

A day without pasta is a day wasted... and linguine with our minty pistachio pesto add fruity happiness to your day. The soft kernels of pistachios taste slightly sweet, intensely reminiscent of nuts and almonds and have an almost buttery, strong aroma that balances out the mint in a refreshing way. Pistachios also contain the highest fiber content among nuts, a very high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and lots of antioxidants - a superfood with an intense fruity taste. The pesto goes very traditionally with pasta, but also goes particularly well with grilled fish, salad or vegetable dishes.
