We refine our elegant mustard-based sauce with fine truffle oil. Thanks to its intense truffle note, the sauce harmonises wonderfully with pasta dishes and tastes great as a salad dressing, especially with egg. It also refines creamy soups and rounds off beef carpaccio perfectly. Our truffle sauce can be heated. Fits well with: Pasta, salads, meat and game as well as for dipping.
