The estate is located in the northwest of Montpellier, backing onto the gates of the Causse du Larzac. The distance from the sea and the proximity of the Causse provide a certain freshness during summer nights, beneficial to the slow and progressive ripening of the berries. The grapes are harvested by hand and the different grape varieties are harvested separately in order to achieve optimum maturity for each. The color has a beautiful light yellow color, the nose reveals notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits. The palate is delicate with a nice balance of fruity notes. Goes perfectly with white fish and poultry.
