The vegetables are weighed, cooked, mixed then refined. After validation of the organoleptic criteria, the blend is bottled. Then, the bottles are heat treated by sterilization to ensure the microbiological and organoleptic stability of the blend over time. After this step, the bottles are labeled and put into boxes.
