For three generations, the GESSLEIN family business has focused on the manufacture of high-quality baby goods. The portfolio includes prams and diaper bags as well as children's bed equipment and the temperature-regulating Bubou baby sleeping bag. The GESSLEIN company was founded in 1950 in the small town of Mannsgereuth in the Bavarian municipality of Redwitz, where the company's headquarters are still located today. As early as the 1940s, company founder Georg Gesslein developed the world's first pram made of Pedding tubing. The company gained international fame in the 1960s and 1970s with the Panorama stroller, for which it held patents in 16 countries.
Today, GESSLEIN is one of the leading manufacturers of children's equipment in Germany. The textile equipment of the prams as well as other fabric goods are sewn completely by hand and are "Made in Germany".
