The Giancotti company was founded in 1999 on the initiative of Giuseppe Giancotti, who involved his brother Aldo in the development of a wholesale business of Calabrian oil.
The activity is located downstream of the father's agricultural enterprise founded in the 1970s, dedicated to olive growing in the hilly area of the province of Catanzaro.
Today the company carries out an efficient intermediation activity within the olive oil supply chain, having specialized in the marketing of the finished product.
Since 2013 we have wanted to face the challenge of the foreign market: today around 80% of our turnover is developed in Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg).
We have built direct relationships with Italian restaurateurs in Europe, with chefs and with hotel and restaurant chains.
This has allowed us to build a bond of trust with operators in the food service segment and with chefs, in order to develop new and customizable products in terms of taste and format.
