Barbadensis-Miller, reaches a height of 60-90 cm, almost all of it is leaves. The plant owes its cactus-like appearance to its dry habitat. It owes its outstanding ability to survive dry and hot periods over a long period of time and then to blossom in all freshness from the power of the collected nutrients to its ability to form its own nutrients and to create water reservoirs. The plant develops the important total content of nutrients and the maturity of a leaf after 3-5 years. Inside the leaves, the aloe vera plant stores over 160 different valuable ingredients. These include vitamins, minerals, enzymes, mono- and polysaccharides, essential fatty acids and much more. Consumption recommendation: Shake before use. Once opened, keep the bottle refrigerated and use within a month. We recommend drinking 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 ml) undiluted or with fruit juice or mineral water 1-2 times a day. Avoid coffee and black tea in direct connection with aloe vera juice.
