GRAPES Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault TERROIR Plain terroirs WINEMAKING AND AGING Traditional vinification with total destemming. Long vatting, unloading for better color extraction. Manual punching down, pumping over. Émeticulous lifting in the tank. TASTING NOTES This Côtes du Rhône reveals a bright purple color. Its bouquet seduces with notes of morello cherries and pomegranate. The palate, with aromas of red fruits, exacerbates its gourmand aspect with discreet tannins. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING This red Côtes du Rhône will be ideal as an accompaniment to a veal shank with honey and rosemary. Aging potential: 5 to 7 years The service temperature must be between 16°C and 18°C.
