Gilac, a Piedmontese brewery, has been producing high quality 100% made in Italy craft beer since 2007.
We have been part of the MAESTRI DEL GUSTO network of Turin and the Province since 2014 and, in line with the Slow Food principles, we create gourmet beers thinking of people who love the quality and genuineness of the ingredients, respect for nature and the continuity of tradition.
All of our 14 beers are made without shortcuts, scrupulously respecting strict criteria and artisanal methods. We can boast the INDEPENDENT ARTIGIANALE brand because our production is certified by UNIONBIRRAI: we respect the criteria of production without filtration or pasteurization to guarantee you the real Italian craft beer.
