Cuvée Brut 47 Canella is a pale straw yellow sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is classic, with hints of bread crust, while the taste is dry and slightly tannic. Produced using the Charmat fermentation method. 11% alcohol – Serving temperature: 7/8°C – Residual sugar: 8g/L – Glass bottle closed by a cork champagne stopper.
