Based on an original recipe of the spirit made by the Dutch King William III. The recipe was stunningly uncovered in the British Library's rare book section. A gorgeous combo of juniper, apple. dried quince, lemon peel, orange peel, clove nutmeg and aniseed. Try it out in a Negroni.
