A “tale of facts” and a 100% local adventure! Since the creation of their famous Gin de Binche, Jérôme and Céline Urbain-Harvengt, two lovers of their city, have distilled their common passion for spirits of gastronomic quality... and geographical proximity.
A (good) living tribute to Binchois folklore where the character of the gille comes out on the occasion of Shrove Tuesday, the alcohol produced by a master distiller lets the aromas of blood orange dominate. Even the bottle borrows the shape of the cobblestones of the famous city of the Remparts.
After these beginnings, in 2020, Plus Oultre Distillery launched two new spirits: Bitter Plus Oultre and Bintje Vodka. Some time later, in 2022, three new products were launched, the Bonespéreuse, the Abbey gin, the Rhumble and finally the Black Lion. This, always following its quality production values, according to artisanal methods and aromas, when present, always natural.
Like our Gin de Binche, 100% local and festive, the entire manufacturing process of our products takes place in Belgium, from their conception to their fermentation. Physical proximity is naturally one of the essential values of our distillery.
