Black lion organic spice rum

Black Lion Rum is an organic rum from Paraguay distilled in a traditional pot still. Our rum is aged in Belgium in bourbon barrels and infused with organic orange peel before bottling to give it its distinctive taste. Paraguay is a country made up of vast forests. It is an area perpetually flooded because of the heavy rains that fall on the country. The climate is tropical and therefore ideal for the cultivation of sugar cane which is grown there in an ecological way and benefits from the natural runoff of water. The orange peel infusion in this rum is a reference to the carnival of Binche, the cradle of our distillery. Our rum was awarded a gold medal at the International Trophy in Frankfurt.
