Hello!!! My name is Fabien and my story with ginger is one of passion, fueled by travel, encounters and a love of taste.
Before becoming a craftsman, I spent about fifteen years as a steward in a well-known airline. This experience allowed me to travel the world, to discover cultures, traditions and above all spices with flavors as rich as they are varied. These trips awakened in me an insatiable curiosity for gastronomy and gave me the desire to create products that tell a story, that of the senses and emotions.
It was in Guadeloupe, within my company Cur’Caraïbe, that I really began to work with ginger. There, I learned to respect this powerful root, to transform it with care and to reveal all its strength. Back in mainland France, I chose Nantes to continue this adventure and bring my project to life: a concentrate of artisanal, organic and authentic ginger.
For over 15 years, I have been making these drinks with the aim of preserving the richness of ginger and offering a unique taste experience. Each bottle reflects my passion for gastronomy, my demand for quality and my commitment to a job well done. My sourcing of raw materials is rigorous, exclusively organic, in order to guarantee unrivaled quality in the world of non-alcoholic drinks.
By choice, I only work with independent food businesses. Because I believe that they are the ones who best know how to promote the creativity of artisans and who uphold the values of proximity, authenticity and respect. Here, there is no mass distribution: only human, sincere partnerships, who share the same vision as me.
