Extra virgin olive oil 2 l. canister

The olives for this special olive oil are grown by Giuseppe's parents themselves on a small estate in the middle of Sicily in the small village of Chiusa Sclafani, about 20 kilometers from Corleone. The olive trees grow at around 500 to 850m above sea level, which means that the olives ripen more slowly than directly on the coast. This lengthens the ripening process and gives the olive oil a particularly intense and yet very fine aroma. They grow there under the conditions of organic farming over a number of years until the first time they can be harvested. In terms of taste, the extra virgin olive oil "Della Mamma" is given its final touch by the composition of three different types of olives: Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice.
