White Salt Farm San Francesco - White IGT Calabria

Bianco di Sale from the Fattoria San Francesco winery is obtained from excellent selected Pecorello grapes. It is a white wine with a bright straw yellow color. The scent is floral, releasing fresh fruit with notes of white peach, banana and mango with hints of hazelnut and almond in the finish. The flavour is broad, delicate, pleasantly fruity, with a fragrant and fresh aftertaste. It goes well with first courses of fish, shellfish and seafood, excellent as an aperitif.
