Ronco dei Quattroventi from the Fattoria San Francesco winery is a wine with a ruby red color, full and deep with hints of orange reflections. The aroma is intense and persistent, elegant with notes of small berries and a woody tone, of great personality. The flavour is dry, very fine, with well-blended tannins, very distinct, with hints of raspberry, vanilla and toasted almonds. It pairs perfectly with red meats and mature cheeses.
