Since 1910 the Celli family has been processing authentic Calabrian chillies, grown on hills kissed by the warm Calabrian sun and the air of the Mediterranean Sea. An art, that of chili pepper processing, handed down from generation to generation and which today has led to the creation of this Calabrian Chili Sauce. Ingredients: Calabrian red chili pepper, water, vinegar, garlic, olive oil, salt. How to use: as a sauce on fish and meats or as an accompaniment to chicken, grilled vegetables and chips. Storage method: After opening, store in the fridge. Weight: 250g.
