The Settlers Gin Black Cherry 0.7L

47% ABV is considered the ideal alcohol content in the gin world to guarantee that the aromas of the added botanicals spread without too much alcohol spoiling the enjoyment. Balanced and aromatic with a subtle juniper note, fresh citrus and orange notes, slightly floral scent, perfect for fruity drinks or classic as a gin and tonic. We obtain our botanicals for the settler gin directly from our own fields and from two other continents. This vintage gin matured for a full 3 years in Knuppercherry wine casks (Cherry). This gives it a light, sweet wooden barrel note, framed by vanilla. On the palate it develops a gentle cherry note. Due to the barrel storage, this vintage gin develops a light amber colour.
