The Settlers Gin Black Cherry 0.7L

47% vol. is considered the ideal alcohol content in the gin world to ensure that the aromas of the added botanicals spread without too high an alcohol content spoiling the enjoyment. Balanced and aromatic with a subtle juniper note, fresh citrus and orange notes, slightly floral scent, perfect for fruity drinks or as a classic gin and tonic. We source our botanicals for the Siedler Gin directly from our own fields and from two other continents. This vintage gin matured for a full 3 years in a cherry wine barrel. This gives it a light, sweet wood barrel note, framed by vanilla. On the palate it develops a gentle cherry note. Due to barrel storage, this vintage gin develops a slightly amber color.
