Apricot producers, the 4th generation is now at the head of this beautiful family farm.
It is indeed, the great grandfather Fernand, who buys the farm and the land in 1930. With his wife, they produce mainly in polyculture (livestock, fruits, vegetables, cereals and wood). Fernand will plant the first apricot trees and sell his produce on local markets.
It will be René then René son who will intensify apricot cultivation by planting the first bergeron, the king of apricots in the region. Even if mechanization facilitates work and therefore increases production, the family favors a human-sized farm and wishes above all to focus on quality.
Their main customers are fresh fruit wholesalers who are only looking for taste and quality.
The fourth generation has taken over since 2018, with Romain and his brother Ludovic very recently in order to develop the exploitation of processed products such as jam, mash, nectar and many other processed apricot products.
