GOCCE ITALIANE is a gourmet line owned by Acetaia LEONARDI, a traditional family vinegar maker producing balsamic vinegars and condiments since the 19th century in the countryside near Modena, Italy.
All products are made with ingredients provided by the local vineyards surrounding the vinegar factory, the typical white Trebbiano grape and the red Lambrusco grape.
GOCCE ITALIANE is a colorful and modern range of balsamic specialties including: TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR FROM MODENA D.O.P, BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA I.G.P.,WHITE BALSAMA, SABA (cooked grape must), BALSAMIC creams, FLAVORED condiments and the brand new BALSAMIC PEARLS. No coloring, no added preservatives.
