Soft and creamy balsamic, obtained from the must of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes from Modena, cooked and then matured in different wood barrels with at least 15 transfers. Dense and rich, it goes well with sweet or savory. to be used exclusively as a last touch to enhance all dishes, from starter to dessert. without coloring or thickening. no added sugar.
