No, there's no spelling mistake in Goëllan!
In Breton, Goellan(1) means "to ferment", a nod to our naturally fermented juices.
Our production is located in Côtes-d’Armor, in the heart of Goëlo(2), a region renowned for its orchards.
And before launching the brand, Romain, our founder, worked for a bubble house… which rhymes with another seabird(3).🐦
