Our story begins in 2018, with three friends, Emmanuel, Cloé and Julie who opened an organic concept store, Canopy, in the north of Lot.
The concept: a kitchen at the heart of the store, where we prepare dishes, pastries and experiments...
It is in this place that our first product Le Ginger was born with a homemade version prepared on site, creating in its wake a wholesale product sales activity under the GOPY brand.
