Vinea Domini: this is the project implemented by the historic Lazio cooperative Gotto d’oro, (the first in the region to have obtained the Equalitas certification) born with the idea of valorizing the most suitable vineyards of the many winemakers who have always delivered grapes to the winery.
A new brand that comes from afar, dedicated exclusively to the Ho.King.Ca, or catering and hotel industry. The tradition and experience of Gotto d’oro, approaching its 80th anniversary, have found success in the Vinea Domini line which has been able to bring the best wines of Lazio and the Doc Roma to triumph in the greatest Roman and international restaurants.
The focus is on the great denominations of Lazio and its native vines, giving them the recognition they deserve, but also on some international varieties that have acclimatized well in the territories of the Castelli Romani. The numerous national and international awards confirm that the path taken by Vinea Domini is the right one. A project that gives value to the historic cooperative of Marino, to its suppliers and to the Castelli Romani, an area with a great wine-growing vocation.
