Dame Corinne has set up her medieval biscuit factory in the medieval town of Provins (medieval town listed by Unesco) and manufactures biscuits whose recipes date back to the Middle Ages.
Passionate about history and a passionate pastry chef, Dame Corinne could not resist the urge to share and discover these sweets from another time.
Our Biscuits, from medieval writings, and from historical sources such as: Le Viandier, Le Mesnagier de Paris, anonymous recipes…
and various countries (France, Spain, England, Germany…), you will discover a whole world of flavors
history that gourmands and gourmets will appreciate without restriction!
Our biscuit recipes range from the 10th century to the 15th century.
On each of the packets, the story of the cookie responds to your curiosity.
The manufacturing is French, totally artisanal, with only organic products, without additives or preservatives.
We manufacture especially for you, at your request, in order to guarantee you an optimal taste quality
and a BBD of 6-7 months.
