The gourmet depot has its origins in viticulture on the Moselle. The story began in 2006 with the marcus stein label, under which characterful wines and sparkling wines were already being produced in our own winery on an area of approx. 5 hours. From the very beginning, the company also worked with quality-oriented contract winegrowers in order to expand the range of wines to include additional grape varieties. The result was a broad portfolio that customers still appreciate today.
Over the years, other brands were continuously added to the core range at that time. This made the portfolio broader and more attractive. Today, in addition to wine, sparkling wine and secco, it also includes high-quality spirits. Some of the liqueurs and brandies have already won several awards at major international competitions. The consistently high quality standards are achieved through a careful selection of suppliers and the use of high-quality raw materials.
In addition to the high quality standards, the gourmet depot is characterized by a unique mixture of tradition and innovation. Some products are made according to recipes that are centuries old.
