At Graine de choc, we have chosen to revitalize a local legume sector (fava beans) in the service of eating better. We offer a range of fava beans grown by our partner producers and rigorously selected by us. In fact, we have chosen the noblest varieties, for their taste between chestnut and walnut. Our different fractions can be used both in dishes (shelled fava beans) and as ingredients (flour, polenta). Faba beans help enrich preparations and meals with fiber and vegetable proteins, reduce the glycemic index and bring something new to plates.

Féveroel has the ability to capture nitrogen from the air, unusable by plants, and to “direct” it in order to make it available. Thus, it does not need fertilizer to grow, but it also enriches the soil with nitrogen, which allows a reduction in synthetic fertilizers, which cause greenhouse gases.
