Farmers in the Gâtinais for several generations, we created Graines au Vent to promote the products from our farms. Attentive to our environment, we produce the raw materials that make up our range of pasta and pulses in soil conservation agriculture and we have initiated the transition to organic farming of part of our fields. We transform our products in an artisanal way and give all our attention to their taste qualities. Our products are ambassadors of family agriculture, on a human scale, which contributes to the dynamism of our rural territories.
