The image of chocolate granola suffered from too much sugar for breakfast, which is not necessarily necessary. However, I quickly noticed from inquiries from my customers that many of them love the taste of chocolate in the morning. That’s where my inner challenger came into play! I wanted to create a chocolate granola that is deliciously chocolatey, but at the same time can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack without feeling guilty.
