Our company was founded in 1979 and since then it has tried, every year, to dynamically promote a vast range of innovations by establishing commercial relationships that go beyond Italy to expand onto the foreign market. 

Our success is due on the one hand to the quality of our simple and natural products always cooked following ancient culinary recipes and on the other to respect for the customer regarding deliveries, order registration and the excellent relationship between quality and price.
 
To delight all palates and satisfy the needs of any cuisine, our production has overcome every limit and created a range of specialties ranging from appetizers to desserts, following family recipes and using only quality natural ingredients, without the addition of preservatives or colourants. 

We therefore offer appetizing worlds of flavor to savor and enjoy, opening the dance to the melodies of the best connoisseurs of "refined cuisine".
 
We are producers of 200 and more specialties, located in Piedmont, in the north-west of Italy where within a radius of one hundred kilometers, we can find the mountain with its mushrooms, chestnuts and ripe cheeses, the sea and its coast which provide us the DOP Genoese basil, the artichoke, olives and its derivatives, the renowned "hilly Langa" area with its wines, truffles and hazelnuts and finally the plain rich in fruit, vegetables and selected meats.
