Through the most traditional and artisanal recipes, this classic colored and smooth Italian pasta is prepared, much loved by adults and children, with a truly quick and advantageous cooking time (5-6 minutes). 

Three different types of pasta all sharing the authentic flavors of turmeric, chard and spinach. A circle curled at the edges and joined at the center which recalls the shape of a small leaf. 

The pinch given to close the dough, called "plin", reminds us of grandmothers in their kitchens with their hands in the dough. 

A square of puff pastry curled in the center, with a smooth surface, distinguishes farfalloni, to whose flavors squid ink is added, to bring joy to your tables. 

Due to their smooth surface they adapt well not only to light condiments, but also to any tomato or vegetable sauce.
