From the most traditional sauces of Liguria, "Gran Cucina" gives life to a refined and delicious taste. 

Pesto in sauce is the classic pesto recipe enriched with a dried tomato sauce, while a fresh tomato sauce is added to the tomato pesto. 

These two condiments are the perfect condiment for "Gran Cucina" pasta such as tajarin or egg tagliatelle. Our red pestos have a very delicate flavour, different from the Sicilian recipe which gives the product a stronger and more intense flavour, due to the addition of spicy chilli pepper.
