PESTO RISOTTO V.V. F/12*220

Our risottos are a healthy, nutritious and tasty first course, also ideal for children and for those who follow a vegetarian diet. 

In the different versions, these risottos are very simple and quick to prepare: just add the water and leave to cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and, if desired, stir in a knob of butter and plenty of parmesan. 

Creaming with cheese makes the dish lighter but more enveloping. F/220
