The organic sour cherry juice is a naturally cloudy direct juice from Elite Naturel made from Turkish sour cherries that come from controlled organic cultivation. The sour cherries are grown on the fertile soils of the Aegean region around Izmir. They are handpicked and washed ready for harvest. The fruits are then pressed and filled into glass bottles. The juice is not filtered here. This gives it its naturally cloudy appearance and freshness. The intense dark red color and the fruity-sour taste are characteristic of the juice.
