Olive grove extra virgin olive oil

The olives in oil are selected, then calibrated and then debittered. The Olive tree is a hardy variety, it has the particularity of resisting the cold well. Many trees withstood the great frost of 1956 and some are said to be over 400 years old. It is an olive oil with complex aromas of dried fruits, such as almonds, hazelnuts, with a slight green fruity hint such as apple. It is long in the mouth, it is a thick and unctuous olive oil. It accompanies both fresh and hot dishes.
