After a hotel and catering school in Paris I looked for how to marry the love of my land with healthy products, rich in fiber and more appropriate to my diet following the discovery of my disease "endometriosis" I could
see considerable benefit.
Committed to local consumption, artisanal and wishing to create a unique granola, I decided to break the codes.
How ?! by cooking a recipe based on unrefined sugar corn flakes with noble ingredients selected with expertise, corn is less irritable than oats for our intestines.
My greatest satisfaction is to make your taste buds waltz.
