After a hotel and catering school in Paris I looked for how to combine the love of my region with healthy products, rich in fiber and more appropriate to my diet following the discovery of my disease "endometriosis" I could
notice a considerable benefit.
Committed to local, artisanal consumption and wanting to create a unique granola, I decided to break the codes.
How ?! by cooking a recipe based on unrefined sugar corn petals with noble ingredients selected with expertise, corn is less irritable than oats for our intestine.
My greatest satisfaction is to make your taste buds waltz.
