Grape variety: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, & Montuni) Balsamic vinegar made from pure boiled grape must, sweet and sour taste with minimal spiciness and a harmonious apple note. Matured in oak barrels. Goes well with any fine cheese and fruit. Refines meat dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables, salads and desserts.
