Dehydrated mango

The dehydrated mango slices are 100% natural, without preservatives or colorings. They are not peeled and are slowly dehydrated at low temperatures. The fruits thus keep their flavors and their properties. For the preparation of 100 g of finished product, we use 900 g of fresh fruit. Ideal as a garnish for cocktails, the dehydrated fruit will also find its place in baking, but is also a pretty edible decoration. Store in a dry and cool place.
