This family of legumes settled a few years ago in Normandy at Tilleul Dame Agnès. Behind these charming seeds, a farmer who respects his ecosystem and is committed to an agro-ecological transition process: Laurent HAYE. Converted to this practice which highlights the agriculture of living organisms, the objective was to restore life to the soil in order to offer products rich in nutrients and of excellent organoleptic quality. This technique has demonstrated its ability to adapt to the vagaries of the weather, sometimes excess water, sometimes periods of heat wave.
