Our company was founded in 2004 initially under the name of "Il Mercato". After years of continuous work and expansion in 2015 "Il Mercato" turned into the current Tasting Sicily which was able to address wider markets.
What has driven us to go forward in recent years has been the love for good food, the passion for our island and the excellent raw materials that are produced on it.
We still produce and pack our products by hand today and continue to offer high quality specialties to food lovers and restaurateurs around the world.
