Sicilian Caponata 170g

A Sicilian specialty with a strong Arab influence (one of many of the Sicilian gastronomic heritage). The highest quality raw materials are important both for the body and for the flavour. The vegetables are cooked separately and then added together in a large pan where the final touch is given by adding the right amount of vinegar and sugar.
