The Potato della Sila I.G.P. was born in the uncontaminated territory of the Sila National Park. A mountain product which, thanks to the particular microclimate with strong temperature variations between day and night, allows its organoleptic qualities to be preserved intact. The package contains certified first-class potatoes (Agria, Marabel and Nicola varieties) and produced according to the production regulations of the Patata della Sila I.G.P.
