This is the brewery’s 4th barrel beer. In the spirit of Lambic and Geuze, this last brown beer has been aged for 6 months in Burgundy Pinot Noir barrels. Halfway between beer and wine, the latter will perfectly accompany a dish with sauce or an assortment of charcuterie.
