The dress of this champagne is slightly cherry, the foam is persistent and creamy. The nose is very fruity and reminiscent of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The palate is richer, with more syrupy fruit. There are notes of stewed strawberries and cherries and other juicy red fruits as well as a slight vinosity characteristic of maceration.
