How to use your breast pump: 1. Sterilize the pump in steam or boiling water for 2-3 minutes. 2. Place the "suction cup opening" on the chest, the nipple should be nicely centered in the middle. 3. Slightly squeeze the pump so that it creates a suction effect. You may have to adjust the position of the pump a little so that it fits securely and comfortably. 4. As soon as the milk flows, you don't have to do anything more. Just let the pump do its job! 5. When the pump is full, empty the milk into another container and place it again.
